2. Pre Design Review: Based on the information you provide, we create and review a preliminary layout showing the basic plan and key dimensions. If any clarification is needed, our team will reach out before proceeding.
3. Color and Material Selection: Choose your preferred color palette, finishes, and layout style according to the space’s mood and purpose. Your selections will be incorporated into the final design and 3D visuals.
4. Final Plan Delivery: You will receive your complete plan set including floor plan, elevations, and 3D visuals, delivered digitally in PDF format.
